Dirt School coaches, Fi Berry and Andy Barlow have spent several years racing the series between 2015 and 2018, and are now working with the SES to inspire other women to give racing a go and realise how much fun it can be!
Whether your goal is simply to complete the course, or begin to move your way up the rankings, Fi and Andy have first hand experience of everything involved, along with years of coaching expertise between them.
For a lot of us, racing can seem intimidating, but it doesn't need to be that way - it can be a super positive way to push yourself both technically and physically, and be the nudge you need to take that step forwards in your riding, plus it's a great way of meeting like minded riders too!
The coaching is aimed at those new to racing and/or taking part in the SES80, and who can attend both sessions ahead of race weekend. This way we can ensure all participants are at a similar level or riding.
There will be two half day coaching sessions in the run up to event weekend:
Sunday 26th June (9.30am to 12.30pm)
Sunday 10th July (9.30am to 12.30pm)
Followed by a full day of support from Fi and Andy on Saturday 23rd July for practice day.
