Often called the mecca of UK mountain biking, and home to ESO, there was no question that Tweed Valley would feature on the 2022 SES race circuit. The area is famed for its trail centre network at Glentress and the more gnarly trails of Caberston & Traquair forests in Innerleithen.

But don’t be fooled that these are the only types of riding in the valley. Our backyard is awash with lesser known hand-built trails, some of which you’ll get the chance to ride at the SES Tweed Valley.

This event is an EWS Qualifier race, giving those on the pathway to professional sport, the opportunity to accrue crucial qualifying points.
